Key Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment procedures and programs and identify suitable and effective recruitment channels.
• Analyze candidate data and ensure the accuracy of the required information.
• Coordinate and implement the processes of receiving and evaluating applications and providing recommendations.
• Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports, present them, and store them in the database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Educational English or Management Information Systems.
• Human Resource Management (HRM) certification (preferably PHRi).
• Advanced proficiency in the English language.
• Advanced skills in customer service, report preparation, and workforce planning.
