In this role, you will work on establishing the appropriate recruitment policies and plans, in addition to developing recruitment procedures and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Study and analyze the current policy to identify recruitment methods and means.
- Develop recruitment procedures and programs and determine suitable and effective recruitment channels.
- Analyze candidates' data and ensure the accuracy of the required information.
- Coordinate and implement processes for receiving and evaluating applications and providing recommendations.
- Prepare documents and reports related to recruitment and present and store them in the database.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in educational English or management information systems.
- HRM certification (PHRi preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Advanced skills in customer service, report preparation, and workforce planning.
