Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and monitor ManageEngine products (*, ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communicate with ManageEngine support for technical assistance and product updates.
  • Assist in developing product roadmaps aligned with client needs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
  • Manage IT asset inventories and ensure compliance with Change Management processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in supporting and configuring ITSM/ITOM tools, specifically ManageEngine.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is required; MCSE certification is preferred.

Available Shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Riyadh Time
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Riyadh Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with departmental activities as needed.
  • Be flexible to work overtime as required.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of technical support experience in a law firm environment or 7+ years in a professional services organization.

  • Proficient in Windows-based software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification is desirable; A+ and Network+ certifications are also advantageous.
