Marketing Manager for an Online Store Specializing in Honey
The goal of this role is to manage the online store from the marketing side to achieve the agreed growth and goals.
The specific tasks for this role:
- Develop and implement marketing plans with the team
- Set monthly performance indicators to achieve the goals and improve performance
- Improve and increase the store's sales rate by an agreed percentage from the beginning of the month
- Monitor competitors and surpass them
- Innovate new methods for marketing and growth
- Select influencers and models for photography and to achieve their best performance
Required periodic reports:
Monthly performance report includes:
The number of orders with the growth rate
Total daily sales for the month
The plan at the beginning of each month
Complete report at the end of each month (achievements, team performance, sales and percentage increase, conversion improvement percentage, failures, expenses, spending, percentage of goal achievement, goals for the next month)
The work will be for two months as a trial period, and can become a monthly contract depending on the person's request if the goals are achieved
Note: No freelancer will be accepted without good experience
Preference for those present in Saudi Arabia with experience in the Saudi market
