IntroductionWe announce at Midfood the availability of a part-time Sales Manager position to lead sales efforts and develop business relationships within the HORECA sector (restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering companies, bakeries…).
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeting plans for potential clients directly by promoting Midfood products aimed at HORECA.
- Identify potential clients and effectively communicate with them and build a strong network of relationships.
- Manage the process of converting potential clients into actual contracts (high closing skill).
- Supervise the sales team and coordinate with the marketing department.
- Study the market, competitors, and purchasing trends in the HORECA sector.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations for development and growth.
Requirements:- Saudi nationality.
- Previous practical experience in the HORECA sector or B2B food product sales/marketing.
- High skill in communication, relationship building, and closing deals.
- Experience in managing a small team and guiding and directing it.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media.
