The content presenter works within the marketing team to produce and present marketing videos that represent the company and its products or services. This role will be a direct link with the audience, presenting engaging content that reflects the brand identity and contributes to increasing awareness and enhancing its image.

• Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Follow up on financial operations and ensure their accuracy.
• Strengthening the control of accounts receivable and carrying out the necessary collection of amounts due from customers.

• Academic qualification: At least a diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• Experience: Not required or one year maximum.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and standards.
• Advanced skills in using Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate financial reports.

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
• Process and distribute documentation with purchase orders while reporting, documenting, and tracking damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Update transactions in the Oracle system within 24 hours.
• Ensure accurate counting of materials after issuing and timely reporting of discrepancies and damages.
• Manage relationships between the division and plants; coordinate reviews of goals, and develop action plans for future allocation of job responsibilities.
• Submit weekly listings of Purchased Orders.
• Prepare daily reports of Manual Tickets and re-location of SP as per schedule.
• Continuously familiarize yourself with the SAP system at all Materials Management levels.
• Maintain the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
