We are hiring a Data Entry Operator!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent computer skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and manage data
• Maintain records and handle confidential information
• Support various administrative tasks

Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred. This position requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering quality work.

• Report to Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager punctually in the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times.
• Exhibit thorough knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and execute upselling strategies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and health & safety regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and contribute positively to the team.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Department Head.

• Support the marketing team by developing compelling visual designs for digital campaigns, print materials, and store visuals.
• Create and edit content for social media platforms, advertisements, and brand communications, ensuring consistency.
• Assist in concept development and execution of creative projects across various marketing channels.
• Revise and adapt visual materials in response to feedback from the marketing and brand teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams including PR, content, and digital media to align on creative direction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design talent and creativity.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, typography, and color.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Minimum diploma qualification.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Good command of English.

• Handle client communication and follow-up for trip bookings and itinerary planning.
• Provide administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents.
• Manage and update content on social media platforms to elevate brand visibility.
• Coordinate with operations for seamless travel scheduling and support.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, client feedback, and reports.

• Saudi nationality (mandatory).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.
• Interest or experience in the travel and luxury service industry is an advantage.

• High school diploma as a minimum.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is preferred.
• Previous experience in public relations or marketing is considered an additional advantage.
• Strong communication skills and negotiation ability.
• Driving license according to work requirements.
