Role OverviewThis is a temporary, on-site role focusing on the recruitment of qualified medical staff for the Hajj season. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key part in sourcing and deploying healthcare professionals vital for Hajj medical missions.
Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (*, nurses, physicians, allied health) for Hajj missions
- Manage high-volume recruitment processes within tight deadlines
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations
- Coordinate onboarding and deployment of selected candidates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify staffing needs for the Hajj season
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
Qualifications- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or mass hiring campaigns
- Strong ability to manage recruitment under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience in seasonal staffing or Hajj projects is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and healthcare regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
