The Director of Educational Services will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all educational programs. The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the educational department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all educational programs and services within the Ajyal Center in Al Hasa.
  • Oversee curriculum implementation, ensure instructional quality, and maintain educational compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate educational leadership and instructional staff, fostering their professional growth and performance.
  • Ensure the effective development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for all students.
  • Establish systems for measuring student progress, evaluating educational outcomes, and assessing overall program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clinical, behavioral, and administrative teams to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery for students.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for educational staff.
  • Monitor key educational performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable educational regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Special Education, a related specialty, or Human Development.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of management experience in multidisciplinary educational support settings and/or administration.
  • Possession of an Educator's certificate in Special Education, School Psychology, or Guidance and Counseling.
  • Strong knowledge of special education practices, curriculum development methodologies, educational assessment techniques, and instructional leadership principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
