Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate all finishing works (both interior and exterior), decoration, and landscaping activities.
- Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and control wastage while ensuring workforce productivity.
- Conduct inspections to identify defects and implement corrective actions as required.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and clients to solve any finishing-related issues.
- Ensure that all on-site activities comply with safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications:- Arab National .
- 10+ years of experience in finishing, decoration, and landscaping.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality standards.
- Valid Saudi driving license and own car (mandatory for site visits).
- Able to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
