We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, preparing regular sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Pickup and Delivery: Safely and efficiently collect and deliver shipments to customers.
• Customer Service: Provide outstanding service, answer questions, and resolve customer issues.
• Shipment Handling: Ensure all shipments are handled carefully and documentation is completed accurately.
• Route Management: Plan the most efficient delivery routes while considering traffic and deadlines.
• Vehicle Operation & Safety: Safely operate the company vehicle and maintain it.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Receive and verify incoming shipments under supervision.
• Assist in inventory counting and placement of parts in designated locations.
• Pick and assemble orders for fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Load and unload shipments safely.
• Inspect inventory for damage or faults, reporting any issues to management.
• Mark and label stock appropriately for easy identification.
• Utilize forklift and electronic pallet jack for loading and building loads.
• Ensure the safety and tidiness of the work environment.

Job Purpose:

To generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and represent the brand positively while meeting assigned targets. This role involves both face-to-face and remote sales efforts and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations

Requirements:

Compensation:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular audits.
• Implement efficient inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock takes, reconciling discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and report on inventory performance metrics such as stock turnover and obsolescence.
• Implement measures to prevent stock loss, theft, or damage.
• Work with finance departments to ensure accurate inventory valuation for financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in inventory control, asset management, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with TRS activities and equipment, with relevant experience in the field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to conduct physical inspections and reconcile records.
• Knowledge of asset depreciation, stock valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO), and auditing practices.

• Experience with fixed asset management tools or barcode/RFID systems.
• Certification in inventory or supply chain management (*, APICS, CILT, CIPS).
• Knowledge of ISO standards related to asset and inventory control.
