Key Responsibilities:- Install and configure system hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to all end-users within the organization.
- Monitor, update, and resolve tech requests.
- Perform routine maintenance of all computer systems and related tech equipment.
- Recommend computer products and applications to improve productivity.
- Educate users on procedures for resolving or preventing tech problems.
- Prepare and present reports to management on IT support operations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the IT Team.
- Manage inventory.
- Document all IT processes and procedures.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT.
- Knowledge and experience with general information technology.
