Join the Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Team as a Purchasing Manager!As a key player in our procurement process, you will oversee essential purchasing functions to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchase requisitions and create/issue purchase orders.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods and adapt to new scheduling requirements.
- Support new supplier qualifications and transitions of goods/services.
- Initiate and issue RFPs/Quotes under the guidance of your manager.
- Conduct research and data analysis using Excel and SAP.
- Track department metrics, including corrective actions and cost savings.
- Explain policies and support compliance with internal controls.
- Identify and support cost reduction opportunities.
- Assist with DMV and Fleet obligations, ensuring compliance and timely registrations.
