Key Responsibilities:- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets for rooms, villas, groups, and events.
- Source and contract new business from leisure, MICE, corporate, and high-end travel segments.
- Prepare and negotiate rate agreements, packages, and group proposals in line with pricing strategy.
- Promote and upsell resort services including food & beverage, spa, and activities.
- Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and site inspections.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably in luxury settings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing key accounts and developing new business.

- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Occasional travel for sales trips and client visits may be required.
