Join CAF as a Storekeeper!As a Storekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safeguarding all stock located within the warehouse.
- Controlling and monitoring inventory movements to ensure availability when required.
- Managing all incoming deliveries and shipments while ensuring safe storage of all stock.
- Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments of equipment/materials.
- Comparing deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders and preparing discrepancy reports.
- Preparing items for dispatch to clients based on delivery documentation.
- Conducting inspections of the storage area and maintaining physical condition of materials and equipment.
- Collaborating with the Financial Controller to undertake physical inventories as needed.
- Performing other duties to support other departments when required.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable warehouse environment.
- Working closely with the procurement and finance departments.
