As a Warehouse / Logistic Manager, you will manage our operations related to warehouses and distribution centers, optimizing service levels while maintaining low costs and high quality. This role is vital in liaising with various sites and enhancing our logistics network throughout Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with Nestlé Health, Safety, and Environmental standards daily.
- Monitor and improve performance & KPIs by optimizing warehouse operations.
- Manage logistics operations between warehouses, factories, and distribution centers.
- Communicate effectively with other departments for quick issue resolution.
- Assist in Value Stream Design for continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficient transport of raw and packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Develop team alignment with business objectives to fill competency gaps.
Key Experience Required:- At least 5 years of operational experience in warehouse management, transportation, or logistics.
- Experience with SAP and operational experience in import/export operations is beneficial.
- Project management experience related to distribution network optimization and cost reduction.
Personal Qualities:- Strong communicator with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Collaborative with excellent leadership skills.
