First: Pricing Engineer (1 position)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Preparing and pricing agricultural projects of all kinds and sizes.

Preparing and pricing contracting projects and works related to the agricultural sector.

Studying and analyzing competitions, bids, and tenders.

Preparing bills of quantities and estimated costs.

Coordinating with technical and executive departments to ensure pricing accuracy.

Providing financial and technical studies to support decision-making.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related engineering discipline.

3 to 5 years of practical experience in the Saudi market (essential condition).

Proven experience in pricing agricultural and contracting projects.

Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities and cost analysis.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Conditions:

Available for males and females.

High analytical skills and accuracy in cost preparation.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preference will be given to those with direct experience in afforestation, landscaping, and irrigation systems projects.

Achieving sales targets and submitting periodic reports to management.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline.

3 to 5 years of experience in the Saudi market (essential condition).
Experience in sales of agricultural and contracting projects.
Good knowledge of agricultural projects, afforestation, irrigation, and landscaping works.
