About the role:Join Marafiq as a
Business Analysis Specialist where you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, developing value-driven business cases, and supporting the implementation of digital transformation methodologies. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the organization’s vision of sustainable energy solutions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Provision of Specialist Support: Aid in planning and organizing work for the DTO team, ensuring timely achievement of objectives.
- Business Needs Assessment & Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to identify business challenges and document requirements.
- Process Mapping & Optimization: Map existing processes and design improved workflows to align with digital transformation goals.
- Solution Design Support: Work with architects and developers to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Testing & Validation: Define acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trust with stakeholders and uphold high standards of ethics.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing systems and processes.
Position Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: 7+ years in business analysis, preferably in utilities or public sector.
Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred.
