Key Responsibilities:- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
- Maintain smooth internal telecommunications following Raffles Standards.
- Record and control wake-up calls.
- Assist guests with international calls and queries.
- Address guest requests promptly and report any complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.
- Bill call costs appropriately.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to emergency procedures.
Qualifications:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work harmoniously in a team and develop rapport with colleagues and guests.
- Calm and courteous demeanor under all circumstances.
- Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a four or five-star hotel.
