Hotel Receptionist JobThe Palace Hotel Company is seeking to hire a receptionist to join its professional team. You will be responsible for overseeing guest services at the reception desk by coordinating and providing booking and check-in and check-out services.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain a list of reservations and provide the necessary paper records.
- Enhance customer service and satisfaction, and follow up on disputes and complaints.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures.
- Build strong business relationships with travel and booking agencies.
- Review hotel rates and organize invoices.
Job Type: Six days of work per week
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Tourism.
- Specialized courses such as Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE 2003) and (CIT).
Required Skills:- Communication skills, customer service, and hotel management.
- Ability to take responsibility and build business relationships.
- Proficiency in the Tekohtel hotel booking system.
