Join Burjline Builders as a Quantity Surveyor Technician!We are a leading contracting company seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor Technician / Civil Engineer to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to the success of our operations through precise measurements and cost control. This position is open exclusively for Saudi nationals.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for construction and civil works projects.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-off sheets, and cost-related schedules.
- Assist in preparing periodic quantity and cost reports for ongoing projects.
- Utilize quantity surveying software and engineering measurement tools effectively.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to verify quantities and project data.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain organized records of measurements, calculations, and reports.
- Support the project team in achieving cost efficiency and timely reporting.
Job Requirements:- Saudi nationality (mandatory).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
- Practical experience or basic knowledge in quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness and readiness to join immediately.
