Administrative AssistantThe advanced environmental services company named Namaa is looking for an outstanding Administrative Assistant to join its team. You will have a crucial role in following up on the implementation of administrative decisions and organizing mail and daily appointments.
Main Responsibilities:- Implementing administrative instructions and following up on decisions issued by the direct supervisor.
- Opening and sorting paper and electronic mail and responding to it.
- Completing printing tasks, answering phone calls, and organizing files.
- Coordinating and organizing meetings and documenting their minutes.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.
Skills:- Customer service.
- Email management.
- Typing and computer proficiency.
- Taking responsibility and managing work.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
