Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (master's degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA is highly preferred).
  • Minimum of 710 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare or education sector is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
