We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team.
Tasks and Responsibilities: - Selling residential and commercial properties from the company's inventory.
- Conducting property tours and providing information and negotiating offers on behalf of clients.
- Interacting with clients to understand their needs and advising them on buying and selling opportunities.
- Generating and following up on leads and developing a professional network.
- Analyzing the market and keeping up with trends.
- Building strong relationships with clients and fostering trust.
- Delivering presentations and arranging field visits.
- Facilitating timely deal closures.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred to have at least two years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong passion for sales and customer service.
