Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to all hotel policies, specifically regarding fire safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Drive sales to maximize the outlet's full potential and adhere to the budget.
- Maintain high standards of product and service quality.
- Explore opportunities for business development and innovation in the outlet.
- Foster internal talent growth and implement development initiatives.
- Provide consistent feedback and conduct annual performance appraisals for outlet employees.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:EDUCATION: BA/BSc in Hospitality Management or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years in an F&B management role, preferably within a 5-star hotel chain.
LANGUAGE: Excellent verbal and written skills in local language and English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
COMPETENCIES: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; ability to work independently and thrive under pressure; applies professional and ethical standards consistently.
