This role requires a proactive individual skilled in sales forecasting, customer engagement, and sales process management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Sales Forecasting: Assist in preparing monthly and annual forecasts.
- Customer Engagement: Present and promote our products to current and prospective clients.
- Lead Generation: Follow up on new leads and referrals.
- Sales Process Management: Manage end-to-end sales processes and close deals effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve client issues.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales progress reports.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends and identify potential selling opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Execute strategies to manage stock effectively.
- Collections: Ensure timely collections of outstanding payments.
Competencies and Qualifications:- Ethical conduct and self-motivation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field (preferred).
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the glass industry or similar.
- Track record of meeting sales quotas.
