Graphic Designer (Car Care Products and Social Media) - Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile graphic designer to join our team, primarily focused on designing car care product materials and developing engaging content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong graphic design skills, proficiency in video editing, experience with AI design tools, and a practical knowledge of WordPress principles, user interface, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product packaging, promotional materials, and custom visual elements tailored for the automotive/car care sector.

• Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and animations for social media campaigns and product launches.

• Edit and assemble raw video footage and turn it into polished, brand-compliant videos for digital channels.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop visual concepts and strategies aligned with our brand identity.

• Use AI tools to enhance creative workflow and production.

• Maintain and update content on WordPress websites to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing experience.

• Apply fundamental user interface/user experience principles to improve website usability and digital content.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media, and automotive industries.

• Capture images of current products and transform them into more engaging content and visually appealing products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work. At least one year of experience in design and product content.

• A strong passion and interest in contributing to the company's success, with a creative imagination. Ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and AI-based design tools.

• Strong skills in video editing and animation.

• Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of WordPress, including content updates and simple design modifications.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of user interface/user experience design.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• At least two years of practical experience in real estate sales in the city of Jeddah.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market and types of real estate products.

• Politeness and professionalism in dealing with clients from different categories.
• Ability to work within a team and achieve sales targets.
• A valid driving license and a private car are preferred.
• A suitable university degree (real estate, marketing, business administration, or equivalent).

• Participating in setting and preparing the branch's goals and directives.
• Managing, planning, and organizing the branch's operations in accordance with the approved operational plans.
• Monitoring administrative processes and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
• Developing the plans and programs specific to the branch and ensuring their effective implementation.
• Supervising employee performance and developing programs related to human resources.
• Building working relationships with external business partners.

• 5 years of experience in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Programming and Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Additional certifications such as SPHR-CA, Certified Quality Manager, Project Management.

• Monthly salary of 6000 Saudi Riyals.
• Bonus and commissions according to terms and conditions.
• Working six days a week.

• Controlling sales operations.
• Maintaining customer credit files and ensuring that they meet the required documentation according to credit policy.
• Uploading customer documents into the SAP system and keeping electronic copies for auditing purposes.
• Updating bond statuses and sending a monthly report to the Credit Control Manager.
• Coordinating with branch finance teams to ensure customer audits are completed on schedule.
• Preparing a monthly report to confirm balances and provide feedback to the finance department.
• Understanding the sales commission system and calculating it monthly.
• Coordinating with branch teams regarding transactions (reversing payments, adjusting credit limits, etc.).
• Updating customer data in the system.
• Sending a daily report of actual collections by representatives against targets.
• Following up on a monthly audit of no less than 10 customers for each branch and sharing the results with management.

• Entering data into the (ERP) system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensuring the availability of supporting documents for all entries.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance or accounting.
• At least one year in financial accounting for bachelor's degree holders.
• 5+ years in financial accounting for diploma holders.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English in writing and speaking.
