We are looking for a real estate sales consultant with strong experience in real estate sales in the city of Jeddah. This role will be pivotal in converting potential clients into actual clients through persuasion and negotiation skills, and professionalism in presenting real estate offers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with interested clients provided by the company and provide a detailed explanation of real estate projects.
  • Accompany clients on field visits to real estate sites.
  • Build long-term professional relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals.
  • Follow up on sales procedures until unit delivery and contract documentation.
  • Provide periodic reports to sales management on client status and feedback.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least two years of practical experience in real estate sales in the city of Jeddah.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market and types of real estate products.
  • High communication and persuasion skills.
  • Politeness and professionalism in dealing with clients from different categories.
  • Ability to work within a team and achieve sales targets.
  • A valid driving license and a private car are preferred.
  • A suitable university degree (real estate, marketing, business administration, or equivalent).
