Job Title: Accountant

Responsibilities:
•Record daily entries and financial transactions in the accounting system.
•Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and match balances.
•Review invoices and expenses and ensure their accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
•Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic financial reports (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly).
•Monitor receivables and payables and ensure the accuracy of collection and payment operations.
•Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards.
•Collaborate with internal and external auditors and provide the necessary data.
•Comply with relevant financial and tax regulations and laws.
•Provide analytical reports on costs and revenues to assist management in decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Practical experience of 5 to 10 years.
•Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) or local standards.
•Proficient in using accounting software (Odoo, Daftra).
•Strong skills in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
•Ability for financial analysis and accuracy in data entry.
•Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
