• Preparing and managing subcontractor contracts.
• Handling suppliers from pricing, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders up to final delivery at project sites.
• Preparing weekly and monthly procurement reports.
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Monitor and report budget vs. actual project expenditures across multiple departments.
• Act as a gatekeeper for Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.

• Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Practical experience of no less than 7 years in calculating and reviewing costs and preparing estimated budgets for projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering in one of the relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in developing reference methodologies for estimating and reducing costs, and creating accurate models for budget control.
  • Preference for those holding a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification.
  • Experience in conducting market studies and benchmarking with similar projects to ensure price accuracy, realistic estimates, and achieve cost savings.
• Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in using related engineering software and applications, especially: Primavera (P6 – Cost & Resource Management), Candy CCS, CostOS, MS Excel (Advanced – Pivot, Macros, Power Query).
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations and visual displays.
