Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah / Riyadh / Arar branches. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for:
  • Consulting with customers on their travel needs
  • Arranging tailored travel plans and managing travel bookings
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Creating detailed travel itineraries
  • Processing reservations while addressing client inquiries effectively

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Management, and Arrangement
  • Experience in handling Reservations and creating travel plans
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with industry-standard booking systems or platforms
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, tourism trends, and local attractions
  • Excellent in Amadeus / Sabre
  • Visa Transfer is preferred
