Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the assigned territory and accounts.
  • Develop and implement business-to-business (B2B) sales strategies and strategic growth plans for Saudi Arabia.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, devising tactics to deepen engagement and increase their spend on Pasqal products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in commerce or business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the technical hardware/software sector, with a preference for deep-tech experience.
  • Proven experience in leading the end-to-end sales process and successfully selling complex enterprise solutions with strong arguments to potential customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian quantum computing industry and market is essential.

The License Owner / Operator will be responsible for implementing Stranger Soccer's technology and operational framework to redefine football engagement in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

As a License Owner / Operator, responsibilities will cover the full scope of business management. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing all operational aspects of the Stranger Soccer platform within Riyadh.
  • Developing and executing local marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing local teams to ensure service quality.
  • Managing the financial performance and growth of the Riyadh venture.
  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of a high-quality football experience for all participants.
  • Building and nurturing relationships within the local football community.
  • Implementing and adhering to the Stranger Soccer operational playbook and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience selling software solutions, with a preference for experience within the banking, fintech, payments, or compliance sectors.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing existing accounts alongside new business generation.
  • A strong understanding of the payments, compliance, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and risk management landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both small and large audiences.
  • Comfort and proficiency in engaging in technical and solution-based sales discussions.
  • CAMS or a similar compliance certification is advantageous but not essential.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of experience. The disclosed salary range is SAR 30,000–35,000 per month (fixed), with additional double OTE (On-Target Earnings).
