The main tasks:


Digital Marketing:


. Implement digital marketing campaigns through social media and search engines.


. Manage and update content on the company's websites and digital platforms.

Communicate with clients and follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, or electronic messages.


. Provide the necessary information about properties and services offered.


Follow up with potential clients and convert them into successful deals through continuous follow-up.


Organize and manage customer data


. Input and update customer data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.


. Organize files and records related to customers in an orderly and easily accessible manner.


. Prepare periodic reports on customer activity and provide the necessary analyses for management.


. Use the computer in work tasks to prepare reports (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) using Office programs.


Dealing with electronic systems and marketing management programs.


Fieldwork and bringing offers and requests


Conduct field visits to property sites and direct communication with potential clients.


Gather offers and requests from local markets and targeted areas.


Communicate with real estate agents and clients in various locations to bring new opportunities for sale or rent.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Work Location: Remote (with the need to attend meetings or appointments when necessary)
Reporting: Works directly with the CEO

General Description:

The administrative assistant plays a pivotal role in organizing and managing all administrative processes surrounding the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Their role includes arranging and following up on tasks, coordinating between different departments, and communicating with clients and other companies, as well as preparing reports and submitting them to the CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Organizing the CEO's schedule:

Scheduling meetings and organizing appointments.

Preparing and distributing agendas.



2. Following up on administrative tasks:

Monitoring the implementation of assigned tasks by various departments and ensuring their completion on time.

Providing periodic reports on workflow.



3. Internal and external coordination:

Communicating with administrative departments to facilitate workflow.

Coordinating with clients and other companies regarding meetings and agreements.



4. Preparing reports and documents:

Collecting and analyzing data and preparing detailed reports.

Submitting periodic reports to the CEO with appropriate recommendations.



5. Supporting meetings and gatherings:

6. Performing other tasks as directed by the CEO.



Requirements and Qualifications:

Certificates: Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent.
