Senior Specialist in Laser Printing, Engraving, and Design

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and professional specialist to lead our customization operations, including graphic design, advanced printing techniques, and high-quality laser engraving. The candidate must have strong technical experience in operating commercial equipment and delivering high-quality customized products.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality customized artwork for individual clients and companies.

Prepare production-ready files with precise color adjustments and material settings.

Operate advanced printing systems (DTF, UV, sublimation, heat press).

Operate and calibrate professional laser engraving and cutting machines (CO2 / Fiber).

Adjust laser settings (speed, power, frequency) according to the type of material.

Perform engraving on wood, leather, acrylic, metals, glass, and promotional gifts.

Ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in the final finishing.

Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance and calibration.

Manage workflow and adhere to production schedules and quality control.

Propose creative ideas and new products to increase sales.

Train new employees as needed.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial printing and laser engraving.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Deep understanding of different materials, engraving depth, and color management.

Experience with professional laser equipment (preferred).

High accuracy in work and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervising the daily performance of branches and ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability goals.

• Monitoring the application of quality and food safety standards (Food Safety & Hygiene Standards).

• Monitoring inventory, managing orders, and reducing waste.

• Analyzing sales reports and performance indicators (KPIs) and submitting periodic reports to management.

• Monitoring customer experience and professionally handling complaints.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Cost accountant required with experience in preparing and analyzing financial reports and accurately calculating production and service costs. The suitable candidate must be able to monitor budgets, track expenses, and prepare periodic reports for senior management. The position requires proficiency in accounting and Excel programs and a degree in accounting or finance, along with the ability to work within a team and meet deadlines.
