We are looking for a professional sales engineer with strong experience in interior decoration and furnishing, capable of managing sales processes and providing innovative design solutions that meet client needs and align with the visual identity of the projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Managing the sales processes for furnishing and interior decoration projects from the inquiry stage to closure.

Preparing price offers and pricing project items with high accuracy based on specifications and plans.

Providing design consultations to clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into practical solutions that align with design standards.

Continuous coordination with design and execution teams to ensure compliance with client requirements.

Visiting work sites to understand the scope of the project and assess actual needs.

Following up with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and prepare sample materials.

Preparing periodic reports on sales performance and client movement.

Building strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors to maintain an effective work network.

Representing the company in meetings, presentations, and specialized exhibitions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or any related field.

Practical experience in interior decoration, furnishing, and project pricing.

Good understanding of finishing materials, furniture, and interior accessories.

Excellent communication skills and high ability to persuade and negotiate.

Ability to read plans and understand design details.

Proficiency in using basic design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an additional advantage.

Time management skills and ability to work towards clear sales goals.

Driving license and car (a prerequisite for visiting sites and clients).

• Count and record cash amounts in the cash register at the beginning of the work shift, ensuring sufficient change is available.
• Receive payments in cash or by credit card or other approved methods, give change, and issue appropriate receipts.
• Continuously update price lists, calculate prices of goods or services, prepare billing schedules, and apply discounts when necessary.
• Reconcile the cash received with the total sales at the end of the shift, reporting any discrepancies or resolving them.
• Interact warmly with customers and fulfill their requests to add or remove items from the purchase lists.

• High school diploma as a minimum.
• Various professional certifications such as (CCNA) Cisco, Certified Public Accountant (USA) CPA, and others are preferred.

• Monitoring tickets or entry cards for the games according to the system.

• Applying general safety rules within the games area.

• Providing assistance and support to customers during use or in case of any emergency.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the devices and the surrounding area.

• Adhering to working hours, uniforms, and center instructions.

• Welcoming visitors and customers.
• Identifying their requests and providing them with the required information.
• Receiving phone calls and responding to inquiries.
• Maintaining records related to visitors.

• A bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service Design, Executive Secretarial.
• At least one year of practical experience in reception or customer service.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English at an advanced level, and proficiency in additional languages such as Turkish, Spanish, or Urdu is preferred.
• Professional certificates such as MCSE, CCNA, or PHRi are considered an additional advantage.
