Key Responsibilities:

Run inventory reports daily, weekly, or monthly and perform detailed analyses of item performance.
Develop enhancements to the inventory reporting structure for accuracy and consistency.
Identify high and low turnover inventory items and maintain communication with respective teams.
Control inventory adjustments and conduct price variance analysis.
Conduct diligent investigations to resolve system-related issues.
Ensure high levels of customer service both internally and externally.
Drive the stock audit process from planning to execution.
Manage stock items accurately in aLS and SAP to ensure 100% alignment.

Key Performance Indicators:

Achieve defined shrinkage targets each year.
Ensure all uniforms & damages are adjusted monthly.
Close investigations within 48 hours.
Maintain monthly system alignment results between 98%-100%.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Requisites: A university degree or diploma, along with 3-4 years of retail inventory control experience, particularly in the sports or consumer goods industry.
