We are seeking a dedicated Retail Inventory Controller to monitor and maintain inventory levels across our systems, stores, and warehouses. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring retail controls and procedures are effectively implemented, providing accurate information to the Senior Manager of Retail Operations and the Senior Manager of Consumer Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run inventory reports daily, weekly, or monthly and perform detailed analyses of item performance.
  • Develop enhancements to the inventory reporting structure for accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify high and low turnover inventory items and maintain communication with respective teams.
  • Control inventory adjustments and conduct price variance analysis.
  • Conduct diligent investigations to resolve system-related issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service both internally and externally.
  • Drive the stock audit process from planning to execution.
  • Manage stock items accurately in aLS and SAP to ensure 100% alignment.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Achieve defined shrinkage targets each year.
  • Ensure all uniforms & damages are adjusted monthly.
  • Close investigations within 48 hours.
  • Maintain monthly system alignment results between 98%-100%.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Requisites: A university degree or diploma, along with 3-4 years of retail inventory control experience, particularly in the sports or consumer goods industry.
