Barista / Sales and Service Employee (Café inside a women's complex)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving beverages (coffee, hot and cold drinks) with high quality.
Welcoming and serving customers politely and professionally.
Taking orders and executing them accurately and quickly.
Selling products and completing payment transactions.
Continuously organizing and arranging products and shelves.
Monitoring the availability of materials and stock and informing management of shortages.
Monitoring the validity of products.
Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and the tools used.
Complying with quality and food safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in coffee preparation (Barista) is preferred.
Good customer service skills.
Proficiency in Arabic, and English is an additional advantage.
Commitment and discipline in work.
