Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and guest flow

• Seat guests according to table availability and service standards

• Communicate clearly with the service and kitchen teams

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting area

• Handle guest inquiries and direct them appropriately

• Support the service team during peak hours when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable appearance and professional attitude

• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods

• Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus)

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Coordinate daily sales operations and follow up on customer requests.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Engage with customers and provide necessary support.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings between the sales team and clients.
• Monitor inventory and orders in collaboration with relevant departments.

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Previous experience in sales or administrative coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to work under pressure and organize tasks effectively.
