Job Scope:The Head Chef's main responsibility is to prepare and cook Patchi Café recipes while managing Back-of-House personnel and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and safety.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Oversee Back-of-House operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare daily action plans for the team and ensure adherence to standards.
- Coordinate food preparation according to set recipes ensuring quality control.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control wastage effectively.
- Supervise and train Back-of-House staff, providing performance feedback.
- Enhance customer experiences based on feedback and proactive measures.

- Knowledge of Food & Beverage safety and hygiene procedures.
