Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee records and documentation
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with all Saudi platforms
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
- Coordinate employee relations and resolve HR-related issues
- Support training and development initiatives
