We have a site running on SharePoint 2016 (Classic – On-Premises), and we are currently working on optimizing it to meet SEO standards and achieve high performance.

We have made significant progress in several areas, including:

• Improving SEO structure
• Improving Core Web Vitals and Speed Index
• Working on building backlinks
• Improving the Text-to-HTML Ratio

We also have a clear list of required actions and are currently working on implementing them.

At this stage, we need an expert consultant to review the current work and ensure that we are on the right track, in addition to providing us with professional feedback on whether there are faster or more efficient ways to achieve the desired results.

We hope for support in the following areas:

• Best SEO practices for SharePoint 2016 Classic sites
• Improving Core Web Vitals and Speed Index
• Reviewing the backlink building strategy
• Improving the Text-to-HTML Ratio
• Providing technical recommendations to help us achieve faster results before the assessment

Please note the following:

• The site is only accessible from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• We cannot share direct access permissions to the code, but we can share parts of the code or related files as needed

The project is urgent, as we have an assessment in one week, and we appreciate your support in reviewing the current work and confirming the correctness of the direction, in addition to providing us with practical advice to help us achieve the best results in this limited time.

• Execute sales delivery in the designated market sector to meet sales forecasts and KPI’s.
• Manage sales strategy, delivery, forecasting, and channel management.
• Provide technical advice to customers and oversee budget management and project operations.
• Expand customer base using business development approaches to identify and set up new customers.
• Collaborate across various business units to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Degree in Engineering or a recognized qualification.
• 2-4 years of sales experience in manufacturing & distribution, particularly in the industrial engineering sector.
• Previous experience and customer network in the Water & Power industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Full Valid Driving License.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through outbound/inbound leads.
• Handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution proposing, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Work closely with Solutions Engineers to ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs and engage with C-level executives.
• Collaborate with channel partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Utilize *********** for tracking KPIs and documentation.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in selling professional services.
• Proven track record in new business development.
• Education at a degree level or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to approach sales consultatively and accurately forecast sales.
