The goal of the job:

Supervising the financial management of the company, ensuring optimal resource utilization, achieving financial sustainability, and providing accurate financial analyses that assist top management in making strategic decisions.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

1. Preparing financial plans:

   • Developing long and short-term financial strategies and plans.

   • Preparing annual budget estimates and providing regular reports on financial performance.

2. Managing daily financial operations:

   • Supervising accounts, purchases, collections, and disbursements.

   • Overseeing the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flows).

3. Financial analysis and reporting:

   • Analyzing financial data and providing accurate reports to top management.

   • Evaluating financial performance, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.

4. Supervising financial compliance:

   • Ensuring the company complies with tax, accounting regulations, and international standards (IFRS or GAAP).

   • Coordinating with internal and external auditors.

5. Managing the financial team:

   • Leading and developing the finance and accounting team.

   • Identifying training needs and enhancing the professional competency of the team.

6. Managing cash flow and investments:

   • Monitoring cash flows and providing financial solutions when necessary.

   • Providing recommendations on investments or cost reductions.

Required qualifications:

• Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree or CPA / CMA preferred).

• Experience: At least 10 years in the financial field, including 3 years in a senior managerial position.

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making.

  • Advanced financial analytical skills.

  • Proficient in ERP programs like SAP / Oracle.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Patrol workplaces and check gates, doors, and windows.
• Assist in maintaining order between visitors and employees and protect property.
• Respond to alarms and conduct immediate investigations into incidents.
• Contact fire, ambulance, or police departments when necessary.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

• Manage the daily administrative operations of the center (reception, files, maintenance, security).
• Coordinate with the medical and technical departments to meet operational needs.
• Follow up on operating expenses, contracts, suppliers, and purchases.
• Ensure that the center adheres to health and regulatory regulations.
• Manage the center's relationship with insurance companies and follow up on claims and approvals.
• Prepare periodic administrative reports for senior management about performance and services at the center.
• Handle patient complaints and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise the building and maintenance of medical equipment, cameras, security, and safety.
• Coordinate with human resources for recruitment and training requests.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, Marketing, Executive Secretarial, or Nutrition and Food Sciences.

• Patrolling and monitoring workplaces to guard properties against theft and vandalism.
• Monitoring access and exit operations and issuing permits.
• Verifying the identity of suppliers and visitors.
• Interacting with visitors and employees to maintain order and protect properties.
• Responding to alarms and investigating incidents promptly.
• Contacting fire departments, ambulances, or police when necessary.
• Adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
