About the Role:
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will manage and investigate Reefer Delivery Non‑Compliance Notifications (RDNCNs) and support various quality assurance functions within our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and follow up on RDNCNs raised by the Sales Division.
  • Conduct regular Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) audits across the Transportation & Logistics (T&L) operations.
  • Perform Pre‑Requisite Program (PRP) verifications in line with quality and food safety standards.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of QA databases, including GHP audit records and training logs.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly KPI reports.
  • Monitor Non‑Conformance Notices (NCNs) ensuring timely follow‑up and closure of corrective actions.

Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in any science discipline.
  • 1 Year of working experience in quality function in FMCG environment.
  • Fluency in English.
