Receptionist - Sports Club

Tasks:

Welcoming members and visitors

Responding to inquiries

Registering subscriptions and reservations

Monitoring attendance and payments

Coordinating with the team

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Coordinating with trainers and management when necessary.

Raising notes or complaints to management in a professional manner.

Adhering to the club's policies and customer service standards

Requirements:

Experience in reception or customer service (preferred)

Politeness and good communication

Proficiency in using computers

Commitment and flexibility in working hours

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Maintaining high standards of guest service throughout the guest journey.
• Exhibiting patience and empathy in guest interactions.
• Working proactively to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Handle company emails and incoming calls professionally.
• Provide translation support between Arabic and English.
• Assist with various administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency.

• Proficiency in English.

• Good command of Microsoft Office applications.

• Manage appointments and reservations efficiently.
• Ensure that visitors adhere to our protocols.

• Providing exceptional customer service and answering guests’ inquiries.
• Ensuring guests check in seamlessly and managing payment transactions.

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Willingness to learn and contribute positively to the spa environment.

• Diploma or higher.

• Address and resolve complaints from customers and the public.
• Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls, provide information, take messages, and schedule appointments.
• Provide detailed information about UFC GYM, including location and services available.
• Transmit information or documents to customers via computer, mail, or fax.
• Report any unusual issues to the Club General Manager.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
