Tasks and Responsibilities:
Receiving visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner and ensuring they feel welcome.
Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments effectively.
Managing incoming and outgoing emails and coordinating with different departments.
Organizing the schedule of appointments and meetings for senior management.
Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area and common facilities.
Providing basic administrative support such as copying documents and preparing correspondence.
Following up on internal requests and inquiries and ensuring they are resolved or directed to the appropriate parties.
Handling emergency situations with a sense of responsibility and calmness.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, preferably a diploma in management or secretarial studies.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in computer skills and office programs.
Friendly, organized personality, and able to handle pressure.
Expected Salary: 6,000 – 7,000 Saudi Riyals (negotiable based on experience)
