In this role, you will consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests while maximizing revenue through effective up-selling techniques. Your responsibilities include:

• Updating reservations to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Promptly answering telephone and email inquiries, assisting guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful manner.
• Taking ownership of guest requests and ensuring follow-ups in accordance with hotel standards.
• Recommending property facilities and assisting guests with special requests.
• Booking room reservation requests and ensuring accurate information is entered into our systems.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates who are computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Your ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous is essential. A guest-focused personality is required, and prior experience is an asset. Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems is preferable along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary.

About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, the Reservations Agent is responsible for overall guest satisfaction by greeting guests warmly and anticipating their individual needs. Responsibilities include processing and confirming guest reservations, maintaining effective communication regarding reservations, and ensuring smooth service delivery across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer the hotel’s main telephone number and assist guests and colleagues accordingly.
• Process and confirm guest reservations for rooms, food and beverage, and spa services.
• Maintain established filing systems for all correspondence.
• Document and accommodate special requests from guests.
• Support customer loyalty and property’s brand standards through excellent service.

I need an employee to manage reservations on platforms such as Qathar and Airbnb. The work is during the night shift from 12 AM to 9 AM. The work is simple, especially since the demand during the shift is low. The salary is 1000, and there may be a bonus or commission based on performance in the future.
