Enhance communication with parents to boost satisfaction and achieve company objectives.
Supervise academic and administrative staff performance.
Prepare and manage the documentation related to the complex's operations.
Continuously develop work methods and procedures at the complex.
Identify the educational and administrative staff needs and coordinate with relevant departments to meet them.
Build the capabilities of staff within the complex and devise plans for their performance development.
Compile necessary reports for direct supervisors and annual performance evaluations.
Ensure the readiness and safety of the complex buildings in coordination with relevant management.
Establish KPIs that align with strategic goals and supervise the achievement of these objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Educational Administration, Business Administration, or any equivalent specialization).
Minimum of 12 years of educational experience, including at least 4 years in a similar position.
