Key Responsibilities:- People Management:
- Lead by example, treating team members and guests with respect.
- Respond immediately to issues requiring attention during shifts.
- Provide direction and motivate team members.
- Train and monitor new team members.
- Report team performance to the Store Manager.
- Hospitality Management:
- Ensure the guest is top priority and promote positive hospitality behaviors.
- Resolve guest service complaints promptly.
- Operations Management:
- Enforce operating standards and ensure proper merchandising of products.
- Maintain operational efficiency and supervise team member duties.
- Health & Safety:
- Follow safe work practices and report any incidents immediately.
- Cashiering:
- Supervise technical equipment and manage cash procedures.
- Ensure clean and orderly checkout areas.
