Job Title: Senior Quality Specialist
Required Experience: At least two years in F&B
Salary: To be determined according to company policy

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards and the requirements of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA)
  • Conduct periodic and surprise audits on branches, factories, and laboratories
  • Monitor the quality of operational processes, storage, transportation, and preparation
  • Analyze root problems and prepare corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
  • Train working teams on quality and hygiene procedures
  • Update quality documents and policies and maintain necessary records
  • Audit suppliers and raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to improve product quality
  • Monitor cleanliness and sterilization programs and evaluate their effectiveness
