As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and growing OEM accounts, whilst identifying new opportunities for our diversified electrical products.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategies for the retention and expansion of current accounts as well as acquisition of new customers.
- Market Analysis & Customer Relationship Management: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Sales Performance: Track performance and analyze trends to optimize growth strategies.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for existing clients and drive upselling opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new partnerships and negotiate contracts.
- Team Leadership & Development: Collaborate with internal teams to support technical and compliance needs.
- Sales Operations & Process Optimization: Manage pipelines and utilize CRM tools for forecasting.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal departments and resolve issues promptly.
Qualification & Experience:We require a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in OEM/EPC sales, especially within the electrical grid/transformer industry. You should possess strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills, and be willing to travel extensively across the MEA region.
