المسؤوليات:
  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمكتب، وإدارة محطات العمل، وضمان تخصيص الموارد بكفاءة.
  • إعداد الاتصالات للمساهمين الداخليين والخارجيين.
  • التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لتعزيز الكفاءة وتقديم الخدمة.
  • إدارة استقبال الشؤون الإدارية، وضمان خدمة العملاء الممتازة.
  • المساعدة في التحضيرات للفعاليات وتنسيق السفر والإقامة للموظفين.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة وإدارة القضايا التنظيمية التي تؤثر على العمليات.
  • إجراء التدريب والإشراف على الموظفين الإداريين.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات التدريب وضمان إكمال جميع الموظفين للتدريب الإلزامي.
المتطلبات:
  • على الأقل 3 سنوات من الخبرة الإدارية أو الإدارية العليا في بيئة مؤسسية.
  • متمرس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مع خبرة في أنظمة إدارة الوثائق.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية مرغوبة.
  • قدرات قيادية مثبتة والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
